Manufacturer Warranties
Most of our products are protected by a manufacturer’s warranty. If your item arrives with a defect or develops an issue:

Shipping Damages
If your product is damaged during transit, we will make it right at no additional cost to you.

365-Day Returns
We believe you should love what you buy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer an industry-leading 365-day return window to make your experience as risk-free as possible.
How the Process Works:

Check Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

Request Approval: Before sending any items back, you must contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

The Short Version:

At Game Room Plaza, we want to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth as possible. Please find your specific situation below to understand how we handle returns, cancellations, and damages.
Situation 1: You want to cancel your order

Before Shipping: If the order hasn't shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund with no penalty.

After Shipping: If the order has already left our facility, it will be treated as a standard return (see Situation 4).
Situation 2: Product is defective or missing parts (Manufacturer Issue)
If the product is not working correctly but shows no signs of shipping damage:

Please refer to the paperwork inside the original box to file a Warranty Claim with the manufacturer.

The manufacturer is responsible for manufacturing defects or deficiencies.

Note: If the defect is due to shipping damage, see Situation 3 below.
Situation 3: Product arrived damaged due to shipping
If your package arrives looking damaged, the item inside may still be functional.

Action Required: Test the item's functionality immediately.

Keep Packaging: You must keep all original packaging. Discarding shipping materials or box contents waives your right to a replacement or repair, as we cannot file an insurance claim without them.

Reporting: If the item is non-functional due to shipping damage, contact us immediately. Once we file the insurance claim, we will send out replacement parts or a new product at no cost to you.
Situation 4: You received the item but changed your mind
We accept returns only if the following three requirements are met:

The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

You contact us within 365 calendar days of delivery.
-
You obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number from us before shipping it back.
Refund Options for "Change of Mind" Returns:

Option A: 100% Store Credit for the full amount paid.

Option B: Cash refund to your original payment method, less the actual cost of shipping and handling.
Situation 5: Refused Deliveries
If you refuse a delivery and the item is returned to us:

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

The actual cost of shipping and handling (both ways) will also be deducted.

Note: If the item is damaged during the return of a refused delivery, no refund will be issued until the insurance claim is resolved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless there was a shipping error, shipping damage, or a verified manufacturing error:

How to Initiate a Return
IMPORTANT: All returns must be approved by Game Room Plaza before being sent back. Returns sent without an RMA number may be refused.
