This product is the result of a superpowered team-up between WizKids, experts in TTRPG collectibles, and Kidrobot, premier creators of huggable plush. Though she may just appear to be a polite, charming girl who loves horses, Imogens fury can be electric and the same is true for her plush form! The psionic spellcaster from the Bells Hells campaign of Critical Role is available now in all her purple, plush glory! Though she is not the only Ruidusborn member of Bells Hells, Imogens particularly strong connection to the ruddy moon grants her both the power to level her enemies and the ability to stand up for her friends. Sometimes Imogens dreams of the red storm are scary and she needs the comfort and support of her friends; thats where you come in! General Shipping

All shipments within the contiguous USA are free for any order over $99.99. For all other items, standard shipping prices apply. Generally, orders placed with us will leave our warehouse within one business day. Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, an order will take up to three to five business days to ship. If this happens we will be sure to contact you and let you know when your item will ship. Although your item may ship out immediately it may take longer than that to receive your tracking number. Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email as soon as that information becomes available to us. Generally, we will ship all orders via UPS. We reserve the right to use any carrier.

For item over 70 lbs:

Pools, Foosball tables, Air Hockey etc. are shipped via Freight Carrier on a pallet. We will contact you when we receive the order to confirm all shipping information. Once the game has shipped and arrives at the delivery terminal, the Freight Carrier will contact you to set up a 3-4 hour window for delivery. All games are delivered with a liftgate service and the driver will place the item in your driveway.  (They may place it in your garage, but are not required to do so.)

  • Free Shipping only applies to orders in the contiguous United States.


  • Shipments To Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and US Territories

    • We are happy to ship to one of these areas but unfortunately additional shipping may be charged. To see the cost to ship to one of these areas, add a product to your cart and go through the checkout process. Costs are determined by your exact location. All shipments to one of these areas will also ship within 3 business days. In most cases, your order will leave our warehouse within 1 business day.
